Office Manager & Receptionist
Kristel
Kristel started as a Dental Administrator and became the office manager in April 2019. She comes with 20 years of experience in the health industry and has a passion to help people. She coordinates the clinic’s daily operations. In her free time, she loves spending time with her 3 kids, her new puppy, Sir Pugsley; and she enjoys traveling the the big wide world.
Intra-Oral Dental Assistant
Kiran
Kiran is an Intra Oral Level II Dental Assistant graduating from Everest College in 2007. She is also HARP certified to take radiographs. In 2013, she began working at Heart Lake Orthodontics and feels fortunate to be part of an amazing team. She loves her job helping patients achieve their best smiles. Her hobbies include shopping, creative in home decorating, watching movies but her true passion is her beautiful family.
Preventive Dental Assistant & Receptionist
Kizzy
Kizzy has been working as a Preventive Dental Assistant since 2006. Kizzy takes great pride in providing a positive, happy experience for all patients. Her bubbly personality helps patients feel at ease in the dental office and making her teammates smiling. Kizzy enjoys family time with her husband, Mark and their two energetic boys. She has many hobbies that include reading, going to the cinema, and make-up artistry.
Treatment Coordinator
Gerri
Gerri started her journey in the dental field approximately 25 years ago dental assisting. She then moved towards the administrative level treatment coordinating and then office management. She is now head of our HR department and is our marketing director. Gerri has four children and an adorable puppy named Sadie. Her favourite pass time is watching her children play sports or entertaining and barbecuing with a glass of red wine in hand.
